The death has occurred of Agnes Cusack (née O'Toole), Newtown Hill, Tramore and formerly Rathgormack and Waterford.

On June 9th, Agnes Cusack (née O'Toole) died unexpectedly but peacefully with her beloved partner Tom and loved ones by her side in UHW.
Predeceased by her husband Paddy Cusack, brothers Paddy, Anthony, Laurence, Vincent and John and sisters Tess Tynan and Clare McGrath. Agnes is lovingly remembered by her partner and companion Tom O'Brien, his daughter Lisa, sisters Mary Hale and Christine Bowe, the Cusack family, the extended O'Toole family and her many friends.
Agnes brought laughter and kindness to everyone who knew her and will be sadly missed.

May Agnes Rest In Peace

Reposing at Hennessy's Funeral Home, Johnstown, Waterford (X91 FW4A) on Tuesday from 3pm to 4pm with removal afterwards to Holy Cross Church, Tramore arriving for 5pm.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 2pm with interment afterwards in Butlerstown Cemetery.
