The re-opening of indoor dining has been delayed until at least the 19th of July.
It will then open to fully vaccinated people or those who've recovered from Covid - with a system for managing it being worked out over the coming weeks.
The number of people at weddings will increase from 25 to 50 on July 5th - and the number of fans at outdoor sporting events will increase from 200 to 500.
There will also be no limit on the amount of fully vaccinated people who can meet together indoors.
It comes as the Chief Medical Officer says an increased risk of transmission of the Delta Covid variant makes a fourth wave of infection likely.
Dr Tony Holohan's written to the Health Minister saying it is clear the Delta variant is rapidly becoming the dominant strain.
He says it is uncertain what the magnitude of the fourth wave will be in terms of hospitalisation and mortality.

Vaccine rollout for under 40s

The state’s vaccine advisory body NIAC has recommended the AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson jabs for the under 40s.
About 6,000 vaccines have been delivered through pharmacies in the last 2 weeks and pharmacies say they are ready to vaccinate thousands of young people using the jabs.
The gap between getting the first and second AstraZeneca doses is also set to be halved from 8 weeks to four.
It’s hoped the new advice will stop any doses going to waste and be a major boost for Ireland’s vaccine rollout plan.
