Tonight’s Late Late has some great guests highlighting an amazing cause. A host of stars from the worlds of movies, music and sport coming together to lend their support to Pieta House's annual Darkness into Light fundraising campaign.

The very special Late Late episode will see host Ryan Tubridy speak to Hollywood star Sharon Stone who stared in Basic Instinct, Lovelace and Casino. Sharon Stone discusses her strong ties with Northern Ireland through her friendship with the late peace activist Betty Williams. She will also discuss her recent battle with her health.

Irish jockey Rachael Blackmore will be talking to Ryan about her recent win in the Grand National last month. Blackmore is the first female jockey to win the world’s most famous steeplechase. She rode to victory on Waterford trainer Henry de Bromhead's Minella Times.

Irish country music star Sandy Kelly will be joined by her niece, Sandie Ellis, as they speak publicly together for the first time about the tragic death of Sandy's sister Barbara.

Westmeath GAA star and former AFL player Ray Connellan will speak about his mental health journey. Spoken word artist Malaki will also discuss their experiences with mental health pressures. Conor O'Keeffe the ultra marathon runner will speak about his mental heal and the great work of Pieta house.

There will also be a special musical performance from Pillow Queens of The Cranberries single When You're Gone which will feature on a forthcoming album of covers of songs from The Cranberries in aid of Pieta House.

With people around the country planning their own personal Darkness into Light walks, hikes, swims, and dances this weekend, Pieta clinical manager Leigh Kenny will be telling viewers why the suicide prevention charity's services are in demand now more than ever.

Plus All Ireland-winning player and manager Jim McGuinness will chat to Ryan about swapping football for soccer.
