Cheveley Park Stud has become the first major owner to remove horses from Gordon Elliott following a controversial photo of him sitting on a dead horse.
Stud owner Patricia Thompson has confirmed eight horses - including the unbeaten Envoi Allen - would be leaving Elliott.
Envoi Allen is the favourite for the March Novice's Chase in Cheltenham and will be moving to Waterford trainer Henry de Bromhead's yard.
Quilixios will also make the move to de Bromhead's yard in Knockeen while Sir Gerhard is heading to a new home with Willie Mullins.
It has been announced that a Referrals Committee of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board will meet this Friday.
The committee will hear evidence and consider an investigation which that has been carried out relating to Gordon Elliott.
The British Horseracing Authority have banned Elliott him from having runners in Britain while the investigation is being carried out.
Meanwhile - Rob James has confirmed he is the individual sitting on a dead horse in a video circulating on social media.
The Cheltenham Festival-winning amateur jockey has issued an apology over the clip, which is being investigated by the I-H-R-B.
It's been reported that the footage is from April 2016 and shows James sitting aboard a deceased five-year-old mare on an unidentified gallop.
