Waterford PPN awards recognise selfless volunteers

The winners of Waterford's PPN Community and Voluntary awards have been announced.

The awards recognise the community organisations and volunteers who work tirelessly in their communities.

71 nominations were received this year and were adjudicated on by PPNs from Donegal, Kerry, Kilkenny, Laois, Meath, Offaly and Sligo.

The adjudicators were said to be extremely impressed with the commitment and selfless dedication and remarked on how evident it was that the volunteers in Waterford are making a huge difference to the quality of lives in their local and wider communities particularly in this testing year.
