The issue of prizebonds was discussed following on from a story this week on how people are apparently "shovelling" money into them with restrictions as they are on spending in shops! Listener Olive joined Damien on air, as did Personal Finance Editor with The Irish Independent, Charlie Weston.

Waterford Foodbank members joined Damien in studio about their Christmas appeal this year.

Dr Anthony Staines from DCU gave his view on whether travel in and out of Ireland for Christmas should or shouldn't happen while Malcolm Byrne, FF, spoke about how Covid is affecting the young...including robbing them of "getting the shift" in nightclubs!

Also, broadcaster Mary Kennedy spoke to Damien on her new TV series next week on TG4, called 'Guaranteed Irish' and focussing on local busineses.
