They began distilling 5 years ago and this month Waterford Distillery have launched their first product for sale, which hit the shelves across Europe and Asia earlier this week. Next week 1,400 bottles of an exclusive Irish blend will be released for sale, mostly around the Waterford area. Damien speaks to Ned Gahan and Megan Kiely from the distillery.
