The Willem Van der Hagen piece can normally be seen at The Bishop's Palace, but since that's currently closed, Eamonn McEneaney of Waterford Treasures told us all about it, for today's virtual tour on The Big Breakfast Blaa. The painting was done from the future site of the Ard Rí Hotel, back when the area around the City was mostly rolling green fields.
