Shauna Aylward is from Ferrybank in Waterford and last summer she spent some time in the Psychiatric Ward at University Hospital Waterford.
Last week the issue of conditions on that ward were raised after images of patients sleeping on the floor and on make shift beds were released.
Shauna joins Damien in studio, along with Fianna Fail TD Mary Butler, to talk openly about her experience of the conditions on the ward during her time there.
TD Mary Butler has said that she will be raising this issue in the Dail this week.
