“The time has come to look at the HSE, I would disband the HSE and start fresh, they are not fit for purpose in dealing with the problems that we face in Ireland.”
Deputy Halligan also believes that the HSE interferes in the running of the government.
“They interfere with politicians and they interfere with arrangements and agreements that have been made to better people’s health.
“I have no time for HSE and nor will I have time for the HSE as they are constituted.
