We here at WLR FM take great pride in our Music and play the biggest hits that you want to hear.

Play-List:
The Play-list is compiled by Michael Byrne, Head of Music, WLR FM. He consults presenters, record companies, music magazines and music websites ....each week to decide which new releases will be added to the station's playlist.

WLR FM are always on the look out for new Irish talent.  Everyone deserves a chance so you don't need a big record label to get added to the WLR FM play-list. All you need is a good song.

As well as the new and re-current tracks played, WLR FM also has a massive play-list of tracks to choose from. That list is made up with the biggest tracks from the  70’s, 80’s and 90’s and compiled by WLR FM listeners in our regular music auditoriums.

10pm-1am - Fri: The Irish music show is a three hour music show celebrating new Irish music and contempory Irish music.

10pm-1am-Sun: Guaranteed Irish is a three hour music show featuring Country and Irish music.

7:30-10pm- Fri: Ultimate 80’s is a three hour music show featuring the songs from the 80’s we all love.

10am-12pm-Sun: Easy On Sunday is a weekly music show playing two hours of easy listening solid classic hits.

5-8pm-Sun: Decades is a music show that features the top charting tracks from the 80’s and 90’s.
